Any comments I make toward anyone are based on their actions, and the actions of any particular group to which they may belong that attacks people like me. zen.state this appears to be the correct ram for my system as its low spec dual 867 which if my research is good means it need PC2100 266mhz ram. And 4x 512mb is my max of 2Gb. This one is the cheapest I can find new. is that right?

Where can I see my two and a half year old Sony HDR-HC7 Camcorder? I tried Craigslist but all I'm getting is people trying to scam me. I"m trying eBay at the moment but it isn't working. What do you people suggest I do? Would anyone here want it?

Is there a good app that I can use to move files to and from my iPhone without having to use iTunes.
What I would like to be able to do is move mp3's over from my computer to my iPhone via Wi-Fi and have the songs show up correctly in the iPod program.

Lethal injection is pretty messy. Oftentimes willing competent medical personnel are scarce, the procedure is badly executed, and things don't go very smoothly. Of course, you probably don't mind doing it a little bit sloppy and working in some extra pain, but the procedure is far from neat and clean. There is in fact plenty of evidence to the contrary.

This is a great offer. But how about unlimited calls to any states in the US? I think it would be very good for a subscriber who wants to call anywhere in the US. thanks.
AT&T's cellular plans are already nationwide. Unless of course you want unlimited international plans which I don't think are ever going to happen.

I simply want to keep my voice plan the same and choose the new M2M. The M2M feature shows up under our family unlimited messaging thus I was assuming and hoping the voice plan rollover mins would remain unchanged.

A neighbor of mine owned a Jenson Interceptor years ago when I was just a little shaver. It was an ugly mustard color but I didn't care. That and my dad's '69 TVR were my two favorite cars as a kid (I'm STILL annoyed that he sold the TVR before I even hit my teens; I would have loved to have driven it at least once).
It's difficult to make the 4 door format work for a sports car isn't it, when you think that every significant dimensional requirement is against them, physical size of the engine, location of the engine, low height, width etc, Porsche failed miserably, Aston certainly did a reasonable job with the Rapide, but even then I'd suggest that it looks overly elongated, lacks shape in the profile and with a design language that dates back to 1994, looks a little too familiar, to the point of it being bland.
I agree about the Rapide, it looks "stretched" and the Aston Martin look, while beautiful, has become a little corporate. Very few four door sports cars are really a success from a stylistic perspective. If you want four doors you're generally best off with a sports sedan - but sports sedans are usually sleepers, not lithe and muscular looking things. The old Lotus Carlton or the current M5 may be a great drive, but it's not going to raise the pulse the way a DB9 or Alfa 8C Competizione does.
random guess with diesel and vw is: 2000 bucks for the same fittings.. the big reason why VW wont introduce a bigger/cheaper passat in europe is that there is no need with their absurd fleet/business car sales(just like BMW) and their ability to really upsell to the bigger margin Audi or the lower margin Seat and Skoda
the passat, just like top range bmws/audis/mercs are between up to 70-80% business cars around here and the skoda superb thanks to legroom rules taxi sales
even my father got a TDI Passat handed to him which despite being the smallest engine still did cost nearly 40.000k euro

However, people looking for a diesel really have no other option apart from VW unless a 40k German luxury car is considered.

Not once in the description does it say that is the picture you are getting. eBay allows the use of stock photos (which in most cases look nothing like what is actually being sold) for sellers to describe their item, obviously you are too remedial to realize that obvious fact as well. I have done this multiple times, all of which ended in success. eBay auctions are legally binding contracts with the description as the stipulations. I suggest you take a basic course in law or political philosophy and maybe you won't sound like such a jackass when you get proved wrong.
So one more question for you, if you are so sure I will lose, why don't you just buy it to prove a point to me? Don't you want me to lose money shipping it to you to make me learn a lesson? Don't you want to be able to leave negative feedback on my account at no cost to you (since you're sure you will get a refund and eBay will side with you)? I've been looking at ATI 9800 with 128mb ram and they are pretty cheap from a pc.

I mean, this is getting to such a point where you can say anything that "might" offend some overlysensitive person...becomes a racist, sexual harrassment, hate, etc offense. I mean, some things are understood to be coloquial amoung pop culture.
I hear what you are saying, and I certainly didn't mean to imply that I'm not guilty of the same things. I've been using "gay" as a negative adjective for 30 years, like a lot of other people. But every time I do it, I think of what my very close gay friends would say about me using it that way. Whether they specifically would be offended by it is one thing, but the point is that it just isn't right to commandeer that word and use it as an insult or detractor when there really is no reason that it should be.
In this case, maybe you, me, and all of us need to work on changing pop culture and getting it out of a grade-school mentality. As long as Kobe was fined because he did a piss-poor job of acting professionally and as a role model rather than just "hurting the ref's feelings," that's a start.

iOS is getting OSX apps (Photoshop, Garage Band, iMovie, Pages, Numbers, Keynote, Photo Booth.......)
OSX is getting apps originally designed for iOS

They are moving in opposite directions toward each other.

Eventually, they will meet in the middle and we will have either 2 similar operating systems or simply a mix of the two.
I think Apple thinks that by taking the best of the two worlds they are creating a "better" user experience. I don't know if this is the case but I think that this is clearly the inevitable long-term outcome. Time will tell.
