I may be ignorant here but why do you have 2 I-94s? Your I94 is invalid once you leave the country. So I would think the number on the latest and current I94 is the number you would use.

I tried calling Nebraska Service Center using the 1-800 number and then entering the POJ options. But it seems USCIS has a new system in place and there's no way to reach the Service Center anymore.
Looks like they ended another means of communication---no more POJ? Please correct me, if someone knows the new options. Thanks!

Hi,
I have a question regarding dependants. I have a L1A Visa. I am going on a long trip to UK next month. Can my dependants stay back for 2 -3 months before joining me in UK. Their L 2 Visa and I 94 are valid till Feb 2009.

Talked to my lawyer today. I am in EB3ROW and my PD is current as of June bulletin. Unfortunately, NSC is not processing my receipt dates yet, so I have not heard anything.
Lawyer said that there is a chance EB3ROW will retrogress in July or become "Unavailable".
Will I be back to the Retrogression line in that case or will USCIS still process? Any idea? Anyone in the same boat?

I work for one of the biggest software companies which deals with PERM cases a lot. However, my case got audit notice and I'm really confused now.
My PD is Jan-19-2009 and I received my audit notice in 11/2009, and we replied in 12/2009. I just learnt today that it might be very likely to take more than 2 years to clear such a case and there is possibility to be denied.
I'm very worried that I might lose my PD, is it really true that my case won't be cleared for at least another year?

Hi all,
I received an I-485 RFE for me and my spouse on July 28th. For the primary applicant it was Employment verification letter (currently dated letter from employer describing duties,position and salary info) and for my wife it was about proof of bonafide marriage.
My attorney replied to RFE on Aug 6th with necessary evidence and EVL.
Online status for both of us changed today Aug 10th from RFE SENT to RESPONSE TO RFE RECEIVED AND CASE PROCESSING RESUMED.
Hope this info is helpful in estimating time for people in similar situations.
